Below are the terms and conditions for Lexury Hair Collection, LLC:
All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Please ask questions BEFORE checking out.
Due to COVID-19 there has been a delay in processing and shipping orders.
The only items that are available for same day or next day pick up during business hours are items that are NOT labeled as "PRE-ORDER".
PRE-ORDER POLICY
If the item is labeled as "PRE-ORDER", several pop-ups will appear to indicate you have added a PRE-ORDER item to your cart, are you aware that your item has to process and ship from our warehouse. The timeframe is listed below:
Raw Indonesian and 613 Bundles: 7-14 Business Days
Lace- 3-5 Business Days
Readymade Units- 5-7 Business Days
Local Pickup
Please wait to receive the notification that your order is "Ready For Pick Up"
IF YOU CHOOSE a "PRE-ORDER" item and select "LOCAL PICK-UP", YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A TRACKING #. Lexury Hair will be responsible for tracking your items from the warehouse until it arrives to our store for the customer to pickup. We recommend for customers to NOT select Local Pick-Up if your schedule is hectic. By selecting "Local Pick Up" you're agreeing to pick up during the business hours of Haus of Lexury Beauty Boutique. (See our contact page for business hours)
SHIPPING
If your item is a Pre-Order item please review the timeframe above.
If your item is available in our store and you choose shipping, we use USPS services. If you place your order before 2pm during our business hours, your item will ship SAME day. If you place your order after 2pm during our business hours, your order will ship the next business day.
We are closed Sunday, Monday, and all major holidays.

You understand that once the order has been processed we will no longer be able to cancel or make any changes. You understand that all sales are final. There are no Refunds or Exchanges. If there are any delays to the timeframe listed above, we will directly contact the customer to inform them with an update.
