What does Pre-Order mean?

Pre-Order means that your items will need to be processed and shipped from our warehouse before they will be ready to pick up or ship directly to you. View our Pre-Order timeframes here.

What does it mean when it says "In-Store Item"

This means that your item is locally available in our boutique for pick-up or shipping. If you select shipping for an In-store item, it will normally take 2-3 business days to deliver to you. We are closed Sunday, Monday, and all major holidays.

 What is Sezzle Pay?

Sezzle pay is a payment option to get your items and pay an installment payment every two weeks until you have paid in full.

How do I know if I qualify for Sezzle?

What is HD Lace?

HD stands for High Definition. It is considered to be the best lace on the market. HD lace is very delicate, which means it is easier to be torn or bald. It is considered to be more expensive because it is thin. The thinner the lace, the easier it is to make it look natural and melt into the skin. HD is NOT recommended if you would like a lace to last over a long period of time. It requires extreme caution to keep it in good condition.

 How should I sleep at night with my Lexury bundles?

When your Lexury bundles are installed, be sure to use a satin bonnet/scarf at night.

Will my Lexury bundles shed?

All hair sheds, even your natural hair. You may experience very MINIMUM shedding. The key is to maintain and take care of your bundle and your units.

What is a readymade unit?

Readymade units are manufactured (premade) by our trusted vendor using our Lexury Hair Collection virgin bundles. 

Can my readymade unit be worn glueless?

Yes, you can wear your unit however you would like. All units come with a built-in elastic band and an extra band is added for security. Clips are also included in all readymade units.

How do I properly take care of my Lexury bundles?

It is important to care for your bundles just as you would your natural hair. When you receive your bundles condition them. During the time you wear your Lexury bundles , keep them conditioned on a regular basis. 

**Recommended condition: any conditioner with Argan or Moroccan oil

What if I would like to get my Lexury bundles made into a wig?

  • Place your order and select "In-Person Pickup" option during checkout. 
  • In the "Special Instruction" text box, please add that you are purchasing this hair for a custom unit to be made. 
  • Once your bundles purchase is complete, please navigate to "Hair Services" tab and book handmade unit/wig service.


How many bundles do I need for a sew-in/wig?

2-3 bundles are normal for a full install

What type of hair / textures does Lexury Hair Collection sell?

We are now only offering Raw Indonesian bundles in natural color, and our 613 bundles are Brazilian Virgin bundles. Both are very high quality bundles.

Textures available in Raw Indonesian is Natural Wave, Straight, Bodywave, Deepwave, and Loose Wave.

Textures available in 613 are only Straight. We guarantee that our 613 bundle will hold a curl due to its top notch quality.

What if I want to get my readymade unit customized or colored?

If you would like your unit colored or customized, please add that option to your unit order when selecting the unit you want or you can find the option under "Add-Ons"

What if I want my readymade unit installed?

If you would like your unit installed, purchase your unit and then navigate to the “Book An Appointment” tab.
